Toyota Motor Philippines has officially unveiled the all-new Toyota Hilux at the 2026 Philippine International Motor Show, introducing a new generation of one of the country’s most popular pickup trucks.


The latest Hilux receives a significantly updated exterior design, featuring a more aggressive front fascia, revised lighting elements, and a more modern overall appearance. Toyota has also updated the cabin with new technology and convenience features aimed at improving everyday usability.


Under the hood, the new Hilux continues to be powered by Toyota’s 2.8-liter 1GD-FTV turbo-diesel engine across the lineup which produces 201hp and 500Nm of torque. Buyers can choose from various 4×2 and 4×4 configurations, paired with either manual or automatic transmissions depending on the variant.


They also unveiled the Hilux 4×4 BEV. It has dual electric motors that put out a combined 195hp and 473Nm of torque. It has a 59.2kWh battery which is good for 315km of range (NEDC). Charging is via a Type 2/CCS2 Charging port and it will sell for 2.99 million

An additional P20,000 is charged for vehicles finished in Emotional Red.
