GAC announced that they will be launching 6 new vehicles in 2024 and they previewed two of them at GAC’s Media Appreciation night last dec 12,2023
The GAC M6 Pro will replace the GN6 in their current lineup
The M6 pro is a 3-row MPV that will replace the GN6 in GAC’s local lineup. it’s powered by a 1.5L Turbocharged 4 cylinder engine that puts out 177hp and 270Nm of torque. If those numbers sound familiar, that’s because it’s the same engine that powers the Empow, Emzoom and Emkoo. The Engine is coupled to a 7 speed wet type dual clutch transmission
It’s gets dual captain seats at the 2nd row and a bench seat for the 3rd which should be able to accommodate 3 passengers.
The M6 Pro will come in 2 variants with the following indicative prices:
M6 Pro GS: 1.2-1.3M
M6 Pro GL: 1.5-1.6M
Another Vehicle that they previewed was the luxurious M8. It will come in 2 variants, the M8 GL with an indicative price of 3-3.1 million and the M8 GX Master with an indicative price of 4-4.1m. As far as looks and interior amenities go, it will give the Alphard a run for its money. So far no definite details have been given about the powertrain
Prices as of the moment are tentative and we won’t get the final prices until they’re officially launched next year
