Volkswagen Philippines has officially announced that it will be ending its vehicle distribution in the country. According to the statement, Automobile Central Enterprise, Inc. (ACEI) and Volkswagen AG have agreed to conclude their partnership, with Volkswagen BGC operating only until 30 September 2025.
Despite the closure, the brand assured its customers that aftersales service will remain available. Volkswagen vehicles will continue to receive expert care at the following facilities:
- Alabang Service Center, Madrigal Business Park, Muntinlupa (including Cebu customers, with servicing processed in Alabang and conducted in Cebu City).
- Pampanga Service Center, MacArthur Highway, San Fernando, Pampanga.
Customers can book appointments online or reach out through dedicated hotlines and emails. Volkswagen also highlighted a pickup and delivery service for Metro Manila customers to ensure convenience.
The company expressed gratitude to Filipino customers for their loyalty, saying that while sales operations will cease, maintaining customer experience and support remains its top priority.
