Changan has introduced the Eado Plus in the Philippine market, marking the arrival of a new entry-level sedan positioned as a replacement for the Alsvin.


The Eado Plus is offered in two variants: the base Eado Plus Lite, priced at ₱750,000, and the higher-spec Eado Plus Luxe, priced at ₱799,000. Introductory pricing is set at ₱699,000 for the Lite and ₱749,999 for the Luxe.


Powering the Eado Plus is a naturally aspirated 1.5-liter four-cylinder gasoline engine that produces 105 horsepower and 145 Nm of torque. The engine is paired with a 7-speed dual-clutch transmission and uses an electronic power steering (EPS) system.


Standard safety features include anti-lock braking system (ABS), electronic brakeforce distribution (EBD), electronic stability program (ESP), traction control system (TCS), hill start assist, rear parking sensors, tire pressure monitoring, and keyless entry.


The Eado Plus Luxe adds features such as an electronic parking brake, reverse camera, smart keyless entry, and push-start ignition. Availability and specifications may vary depending on dealership and market rollout schedules.
