When Isuzu Launched the third generation RG Dmax back in 2019, it was almost a compelling package. It had a powerful yet frugal engine and a modern interior. In top-spec form, it had Advanced driver assist features that were a step ahead of the competition.

However, even in its most expensive trim, it lacked features that came standard on other pick ups such as a rear differential lock, a 360 camera and an assisted liftgate.

The new 2024 Isuzu Dmax addresses most of those deficiencies. It now comes with a rear differential lock which is important when off-roading. It also now comes with a 360 camera, which is a valuable tool for a large vehicle like the Dmax. It still lacks an assisted liftgate but that’s something that’s easier to overlook.

Here are the specs of the DMax LSE 4×4
Engine: 3.0L 4jj3 diesel engine
Power output: 187hp, 450Nm
Payload Capacity: 1,065kg
ADAS: Adaptive Cruise Control, Autonomous Emergency Braking, Blind Spot Monitoring, Rear Cross Traffic Alert
360 Camera
Rear Differential Lock
